I have worked with many realtors over the years, most have been OK, some terrible.  Then I met Erika. I found her to be the most professional and effective realtor I have ever worked with. I think she is just the GREATEST.  She has done well by me not once but twice.

 In 1999, I moved from Los Angeles to Denver and returned to Los Angeles in 2003, only to find an exploding housing market.  For months I wondered in and out of open houses, spoke to countless realtors, most of whom left me cold.  Then one day I walked into an open house, realized immediately it was over by price range and quickly turned to leave,  but was stopped  by Erika and we talked.  In that conversation, I went from being a Lookie Loose to a buyer.

 Erika listened to what I wanted, helped me verify my price range and we started off to look.  The very first place Erika showed me was perfect.

 The market was hot at that time and bidding wars were common place.  Erika and I worked up an offer, she drafted the offer, timed the presentation of the offer to keep me out of a bidding war.  My offer was accepted and no bidding war happened.   All my neighbors who purchased around that time participated in bidding war adding thousands of dollars to their purchase price.

 Three years later, I needed to sell.  The market had turned from a sellers market to a buyers market, prices were dropping very scary for a seller.  The first and only person I considered calling was Erika   

 Again as she did 3 years earlier she helped me get through the process with as little anxiety as possible.  Erika providing me with a market analysis from which I determined my asking price. The property was priced right and sold immediately and most importantly, closed thanks to Erika’s vigilant oversight.
